My background is rooted in media production, and my career has evolved from hands-on creative work into leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that bring structure, clarity, and consistency to creative teams. I’ve worked across video, digital, and multi-platform content, bridging creative intent with operational execution.

 

Experience spans video production, creative operations, and project management, with ownership of end-to-end workflows from pre-production through post-production and delivery. This includes managing timelines, scope, and budgets while coordinating internal teams, contractors, and external vendors to ensure high-quality output at scale.

 

Earlier roles as a producer and editor built a strong technical foundation in video, motion, and content production. That fluency continues to inform how projects are scoped, risks are anticipated, and teams are aligned—helping translate creative vision into execution that ships.

 

Current work centers on execution leadership and operational ownership, translating objectives into actionable plans, optimizing workflows, and guiding creative initiatives from concept through launch. The approach is pragmatic, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with an emphasis on accountability, efficiency, and thoughtful execution in fast-moving media and technology environments.
